The Colemans
In 1994, Scott Coleman turned his passion for lawn care and landscaping into a part-time service dedicated to helping the people of West Portsmouth, Portsmouth, Wheelersburg, and Lucasville obtain the curb appeal they want for their property. It did not take long for word to spread about the excellent pricing and customer satisfaction provided by Coleman Lawn & Landscaping. By 2002 the demand became so great that the company could no longer be run only part-time and was transferred to Scott's son Chris. Chris Coleman is a Marine Corps veteran who was deployed twice in the early 2000s and then honorably discharged for his loyal service to our country. Since taking the reins of the company, the business has continued to flourish under Chris's ownership and is currently serving not only the communities of west Portsmouth, Wheelersburg, and Lucasville but a multitude of counties in Ohio, Kentucky, and WV
Chris's training has allowed him to efficiently organize the company, its projects, and its services, even faced with an ever-growing demand. But of course, a company is only as strong as its team and it is to his hardworking and experienced team of lawn and landscape technicians that he owes his company's success. Yet the most praise needs to go to Sarah Coleman, Chris's wife, and most valued consultant, who manages the administrative side of the business as well as helps with lawn care and landscaping when necessary. Coleman Lawn & Landscaping is a proud member of the West Portsmouth and provides regular assistance to the local schools and sports and league teams.

Kim, Has been Chris's Assistant for 8 years along with being Our office Manager. She ensures the smooth running of our business on a day-to-day basis & manages our team of administration and support staff, in addition to reviewing estimates with clients. she's always busy organizing meetings and managing our landscaping schedules and creating new bids.

Chessica, has been our finance officer for 7 years. She is responsible for the reconciliation of daily, monthly, and quarterly transactions. She reviews and completes payroll as well as all accounts receivables and payables, She also oversees all budgets and community donations.

Office Assistance
Fay, came to work for us in the fall of 2017 and is our office assistant who welcomes guests into the office as well as serves as the operator. She handles most administrative tasks for the overall office such as proofreading, monthly invoicing, employee files, and new hire paperwork.

William, our Operations Manager. He hires, trains, and manages our lawn care crew. using innovative software. he schedules jobs and gives estimates while maximizing time and still providing great service to all of our clients, He also works closely with our mechanics making sure all equipment and vehicles are at top performance.
